Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, but refunds will be given exclusively in the form of store credit. If 7 days have passed since the date of purchase, your return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return and store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please contact us prior to returning your item(s) to obtain a return authorization number.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund for store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a store credit code will be sent to you via email, within seven business days.

Clearance items (if applicable)
Only non-clearance priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Black Bouquet Boutique LLC, 2645 Rock Ridge Road, Brandenburg KY 40108, United States. Please write the return authorization number on your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
